Scientology Volunteer Ministers of Buffalo are Combating Violence in the City

Throughout the summer the Buffalo Scientology Volunteer Ministers have worked with other churches and community groups to make Buffalo a model city.

The Scientology Volunteer Ministers of the Church of Scientology of Buffalo have been working with community groups and other churches to make a model city out of Buffalo.

Determined to reduce the rate of violent crime in Buffalo, Scientology Volunteer Ministers have passed out many thousands of copies of a special edition of The Way to Happiness, provided by music legend, Isaac Hayes.
Although homicides are down 30% from their high in 1994, the crime rate in Buffalo is still 70% higher than the national average. Local residents are 300% more likely to become victims of violent crime than people in other US cities.

In an all-out effort to stop crime in Buffalo, the Church of Scientology has teamed up with the New Life Harvest as partners in the "Stop the Violence" initiative to end voilent crime.

Thousands of copies of a special edition of The Way to Happiness that have been provided by music legend, Isaac Hayes, have been given out thoughout the local area.

The Way to Happiness is a non-religious moral code based on common sense. The Way to Happiness is part of the secret behind the very successful Criminon program, which has a 60 - 80% reduction in recidivism among graduates of the program.

Throughout the summer the Scientology Volunteer Ministers have been seting up their big yellow tent in neighborhoods around town, where they provide one-on-one help, seminars and books to help the people of Buffalo improve their own lives.

The Executive Director of the Church of Scientology of Buffalo has signed onto the Stop the Violence coalition of the New Life Harvest Ministries to eradicate the crime in the city.

Thousands of copies of The Way to Happiness, which is a non-religious moral code based entirely on common sense, have been passed out to the people of Buffalo.
